Momma Drama

Argh!

So...work called yesterday. Do I want to be a scheduler? What days and times do I want to work? The reason I 'left' was because I only wanted part time, and there is no such thing at present for nursing. Hmmmm. Scheduling. Behind the scenes, scheduling appointments, the days and times I choose, for $2.45 less an hour. Still no week-ends or holidays, Dave and I can carpool again and eat lunch together. What to do what to do? I'm the first person to tell you that money isn't everything, I believe. This is the exact thing I wanted, and the days and hours of my choosing....(M/Wed/Th from 7:15 to 3:45, same exact hours as Big Daddy.) It means the kids get up at 6 am and we all leave the house at 6:30. The kids eat breakfast at daycare and catch the bus to school. Then, after school, they catch the bus back, get there at 3:15 and Dave and I pick them up at 4:15. Hmmmm. This is a really nice place to work, very flexible, family oriented, and I want to really keep my foot in the door. It leaves me two days a week for the home projects that are going on right now. And to keep up on house cleaning, shopping, meal prep, etc. And we'd have evenings together still. We did not have that when I worked with the Dr., I was getting home at 6:30-7 pm.

What to do?
