Randomness, Part 2....

Devin thinks people have two laps. Two legs/thighs=two laps. Go figure.....

Being frugal is hard work, and pretty much a pain in the ass. I guess it has a time and a place, but just not here and now.

Is it wrong to serve up meals in paper trays with patty paper? No? I didn't think so either.....one must have a break from the constant loading and unloading of the dishwasher right? Between those and the amount of Gordon's meals we bought the other day, I should have a damn thing to complain about for a while. I'm pleased with the Gordon's groceries.....we were able to buy low fat, convenient foods.

Monday was a snow day, today was an ice day. Tomorrow and Friday are supposed to be half days. It's looking like they won't have school tomorrow though....give me strength. Today was going to be my big Village day, with both kids gone at naptime. No such luck. I'll need to buckle down tomorrow morning before Dave leaves for work.

Yesterday was "mammogram day", what a pain in the ass boobage that is! Yesterday was also "stop and pick up prescriptions at the low, low cost of $60 day". (Imitrex for me, fluoride for Maiya and antibiotic for Trent, who has another sinus infection.) Also, "take back a platter wall hanger and exchange it for a Yankee candle" day. Also, "go to the tanner and start using up the 10 paid for sessions you thought you had" day.....except I have 20 paid for sessions. Yay!

As soon as the weather starts to break a little, March/April-ish.....we will get Trent squared away with allergy shots. He'll go twice a week for 22 weeks, then go once a month for the next three years. He could go once a week for 44 weeks, but then we are talking about me having to drive him in the snow. Caca!

I cannot wait to drop the cable to basic....it's going up in price next month. I've almost got everything taped I want to kid wise.

I have one more pair of jeans to cut, then I can start the rag rug process. I balked and pulled my three pair of jeans out that don't quite fit. I'm not ready to make them into a rug yet, but I am ready to exercise. We'll see if I cut them and add them to the rug next spring....
