Momma Drama

Sunday, September 26, 2004 @ 9:39 PM

Sunday night wind down.

Yesterday was Trent's soccer game, in the cold mist. They won 2 to 1. It was also migraine day, yay. Not much of anything got done...Watched Kill Bill Vol. 1, odd but decent enough. Scrapped a few more L/O's.

Today was Home Depot day, gawd do I love those days. What is wrong with me? Why do I love that store so much? Why am I compelled to touch things in there, breathe deeper? Maybe I was a man in a former life...bought a deadbolt for the basement door...cat can get to the litterbox, keeps baby from falling down the stairs. Also bought an edger 'thingy' (okay, if I had been a guy in a former life I'd know the real name for this...) so I can paint the baseboards without slopping paint on the new carpet. Much cheaper than buying all new quarter round trim me thinks. Hit Meijer for a few odds and ends. Spent too much money at JoAnn's, mainly on three pieces of ribbon. Like seventeen dollars worth, on ribbon! Who knew....hopefully my idea will pan out and Devin will be thrilled with her ribbon cuffed pant legs.

My children love me....Halloween is going to be such a breeze costume wise this year. I feel like I've won the Halloween costume lottery.

I think this is what's going on with the old foot. It does feel somewhat better yesterday and today thankfully. I stayed off of it just about all day on Friday, hence the new blog.

Busy week ahead...hope you all had a great weekend. :)
