Momma Drama

Okay........catching up once again. I hate feeling behind all the time. Seems like I feel that way about everything lately. Although, I know this will pass when the holidays are over. Whoo Hoo!!

Thursday~Pretty much a blur for me now........I do know that I was so tired that I couldn't even stay up to watch ER, went to bed before it ever started so hopefully it was a rerun. More bullshit that day with the Village PITA, from now on known as the Village Idiot, or VI.........

Friday~More bullshit with the VI..............rumor has it that she is "off her meds" at present.....
Dropped off film for developing..........went to the bakery and ordered 24 loaves of bread....I just cannot put that much pressure on myself at this point to get those all made myself.....I still need to make some jam.
Went to Trent's school in the afternoon to help the kids make gingerbread houses. What a riot....I love kids. Wish I would have started having them sooner so I could have had more. :) Trent showed me right away when I got there how very loose his tooth had become that day......darn near dangling there. We left school early to get to his Dr.'s appointment..........he had finished his antibiotic that day for the sinus infection and we knew it wasn't gone. Sure enough, he has a (the same) bad one. More antibiotics....this time for 16 days, and a cat scan to be scheduled to check for polyps. He also needs to take 40 days of Singular...........asthma/allergy medication. Daddy will take him probably Tuesday for the cat scan....this is his department, seeing as he is the x-ray/cat scan/MRI tech.
Went to Meijers and re-stocked the medicine cabinet and bought a cool mist humidifier. $125 worth of stuff....that is a whole mess of meds. (Oh, and diapers, wipes, toilet paper and Kleenex...)
Went to the Mexican place for dinner afterwards.

Today~Whole lot of nothing it seems like.............that mass of congestion that was sitting in my throat the other day up and moved...........to my head finally. I'm in super-slow-mo today. My day with the kids started with their beautiful little voices singing "The cat pooped on the bed....." Lovely. Trent lost his tooth during breakfast...right into his peanut butter toast. :) He was pretty excited..........the speech impediment is killing me though, it is too funny. He got his first dose of Singulair and although it isn't mentioned as one of the side effects, he absolutely bounced off the walls all day today.........more than just 'my tooth fell out' excitement. Matter of fact both big kids were hellions today. At one point they were both banished to their rooms for quiet times. Didn't help.
We stopped at the General Store today to pick up some things........no dishwasher soap. UGH!!!!! I'm not going anywhere until Tuesday. That's a lot of dishes to be hand washing..........
Oh, I did manage to get the coat hooks back up in the laundry room........some wise ass hung one too many things up on them and ripped them out of the wall. Hopefully they will stay this time, since I nailed the sucker in with the sledgehammer. :)
I should be making Trent an apron right now.
I'm starving..........waiting to eat dinner with my husband who said he would be home one hour and 7 minutes ago.
I should also be doing my meeting minutes..........just another thing to add to the big list for tomorrow.
I did do a bunch of laundry today...and even got it all folded, unusual for me all in the same day.
And now.....I really must eat. I'll add everything I forgot to the Blog tomorrow. ;)
