Anyone got milk?

Because if you do, come on over........Dave and I made 37 dozen cookies this past Sunday. That is a lot of cookies I tell ya!! I got the rest of the house decorated that day too....as much as I'm doing anyways. Dave took Trent & Devin to cut down a tree. A big old monster of a tree. It needed a serious trim from the bottom, but it is a beauty. We will decorate it tomorrow night.

Made Trent an appointment today for allergy testing. He goes 1-16-04. Poor guy, he is still getting his tail kicked by the sinus infection. He was pretty tired today after school. He forgot his tennis shoes for gym today, Devin and I were pretty tired after walking back to school a second time. Needless to say, there is now a 'reminder picture' hanging up in the storage room. It has pictures of money, a lunch bag, papers (homework), a scarf, mittens, and tennis shoes on it. Right smack dab where we can all see it on the way out the door....

Got all my swaps out today, and some other various packages to boot. Bought a roll of stamps also. Nearly had a heart attack when she gave me my total. $91!!! Yikes!!

Tomorrows plan for the day.......Village stuff in the morning. Nail appointment in the afternoon. Computer/scanner in to the shop in the early evening. Pizza Hut for dinner and tree decorating. Yay!! So far neither Maiya or Clyde have really messed with tree. That is a good thing I'm thinking.

Santa came to our house Sunday night.......what fun. Darn my kids for knowing right away who it was though. Can't wait to get those pictures developed tomorrow.

Broke the news to the family that we aren't planning on coming down for any type of Christmas get together this year. Dave only has 2 days off at a crack closer to Christmas. He does have 4 days off this coming weekend, but there's no way in hell I'll have everything ready by Thursday night/Friday morning in preparation to hit the road!! Beisdes that, the Village meeting is Monday, and I'll be doing stuff all weekend in preparation for that. I'm too new in this position to be able to have my poop in a group by Thursday. Plus it would mean pulling Trent out of school. Anyways....my brother already planned on coming up, and my mom said she was going to invite herself. That just leaves my sister, and if she really wants to, she could find the time. Dave says we aren't out of the woods yet, because there is his sister to consider. Ah, yeah...........she is a teacher who has a 2 week Christmas break, the BIL is a law student, again...2 week break. And the nephew is ..you guessed it, getting a 2 week break. I'm not going any damn where. I refuse to try to cram in 5-6 get togethers with people in a 2 day time frame.......plus try to pull off baby Maiya's first birthday down there. Please people....I'm "working on my line.." (That stress line that runs down the center of my forehead.....IT MUST GO!!) I will not work that hard, and be that stressed. Merry Christmas!! :)
