Happy 4th Birthday to Little Bunny Foo Foo!

*Sigh*

Today I:

Whipped the basement's ass, with help from the kids. I have been working full time for the last 14 months. That equals 14 months worth of shit piled up, slung far and wide, stacked on top of each other, not put away, not de-cluttered , you get the picture. We cleared off the top of the stairs, it's safe to walk down them again. We also bagged up garbage and Goodwill items, and vacuumed. The basement is once again the work out room. Go us! Wonder what room will be tackled tomorrow.

We went to Meijer this morning and scored next year's wrapping paper, Christmas cards, and tiny gifts for next year at 50% off. Go us!

Dave and I are back to The South Beach Diet today (for a few days before the next down state holiday weekend.) We did good last time, he lost 20#, I lost 8#. Go us!

Lately we have watched X2 (not my favorite), The Three Burials of Melquiades Estrada (quirky and pretty good), and V for Vendetta (very quirky, very good.) Tonight it's Hitchcock's Frenzy.

Merry Christmas!

Day 1 of my back to stay at home motherdom resulted in kidlet #3 putting a popcorn kernel up her nose. I'm off to an inauspicious start!

I finished The Outlander this morning and have moved on to Finding The Hero In Your Husband. Mixing it up a bit. I'll probably end up rusing through to get to book #2 in the Outlander series, Dragonfly In Amber.

I've got a buttload of cookie dough I'm in the process of baking, and I'm scheduled to assist with the 1st grade Christmas party this afternoon. I have two more stops to make afterwards and then I'm done with Dave's gifts until after Christmas. They are out of these at Walgreens and won't have more until after Christmas.

We have misplaced a cat and gained a turtle in the last week.

AMEN!

I am done with work. As of yesterday, until they call me as needed. Amen!

Today is nail appointment day and just sit and read day I think. Maybe I'll cook dinner. Maybe.
